We held our annual golf outing earlier this month. A record 43 employees, 4 retirees and a number of other family members participated in our 37th annual CSE tournament. For 12 of our employees, it was the first time at a CSE outing. We also added miniature golf for the first time! Once again, there were some […]
Fifty years ago, on August 13, 1973, T.L. Christiansen started Controls, Service & Engineering Co., Inc (CSE) on the belief that there would be a market for great service. Fifty years later, CSE still provides the same great service. We held a celebration on August 14 to mark this major milestone, and in CSE tradition, […]
Thank you to Jeff Hughes, Ryan Grady, and everyone else who provided input in transforming our mandatory all-day meeting down to 2.5 hours. 100% cotton t-shirts celebrating our 50th anniversary were also distributed. Food trucks were added to the tool show at the end.

Leadership training has taught us that leadership is influence. Rey’s greatest influence on CSE has been the impact he has made on everyone he worked with. He has […]

Thirty-five current and retired employees, along with family members and even a few children came out to enjoy the day together. Based on some of the shots we saw, we would venture to say that everyone […]

Our previous best was 136,000 hours worked. […]
